The performance exhibition "The Play of looks in the Pomegranate Garden" by artist Alexander Dilbazi took place on August 16 at The Carlton Moscow Hotel and was timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the appearance of the collection "When the Pomegranate Blooms" in this space. The exhibition featured 13 paintings. The event was held under the patronage of Ayjana Turapova.
Among the guests of the exhibition were representatives of politics, diplomacy, business and art. Among them are the king of chanson Mikhail Shufutinsky, director and actor Dmitry Astrakhan, journalist Maxim Shevchenko, producer of the Community Center Sinisha Lazarevich, public figure Vyacheslav Beldey, restaurateur Mikhail Khatsko, businessmen Oleg Savchenko, Asylbek Nupov, Alexander and Grigory Khaldey, Sulim Makhauri, Aisulu Akhimova, Talgat Dairbekov, Maria and Denis Ustinenko and others.
The evening was decorated with a heartfelt musical performance by Chingiz Mustafayev, to the accompaniment of which Alexander Dilbazi presented his new poetic work "Moon Soul".
The key moment of the event was the solemn presentation to Ayjana Turapova of the painting "Saffron" from the collection "When the Pomegranate Blooms", created especially for The Ritz-Carlton Moscow in 2015. For Aizhana, this work has a special meaning.: She witnessed the birth of the collection and remained its inspiration for many years. Today, the painting has returned to her as a symbol of memory, beauty and continuity. According to Aizhana, she would like the painting to regain its rightful place in the walls of the hotel, where its history began.
The highlight of the evening was an artistic performance by Alexander Dilbazi, inspired by the presented painting. The artist invited the guests to participate in the creation of a collective canvas, a symbolic act that united creativity, friendship and the common idea of continuing art through time.
